Products for the Cessna Conquest II
Garmin G600 RVSM
Corporate Aircraft has added two new RVSM Conquest configurations to our RVSM product line and we are proud to announce that STC SA01968SE-D has been issued for the Cessna 441 Conquest II to configure a single or dual Garmin G600 installation for RVSM when equipped with the 1000 IFCS.
RVSM G600 installations utilize the proven Garmin GDC-74B RVSM Air Data Computer.
In the dual Garmin G600 PFD/MFD configuration, dual ADC 74B Air Data Computers are used to satisfy the dual ADC requirement for RVSM configured aircraft. The single G600 configuration is supported by a specially built Thommen AD32DF RVSM Altimeter.
Both single and dual configurations use the Mid Continent Instrument Co. MD41-235 Altitude Preselect Control (APC). The APC provides altitude preselect to the 1000 autopilot utilizing the Altitude Bug in the G600. Using the G600 Altitude bug for preselect eliminates the old Cessna mini lever preselector and the altimeter needed to drive it. The MD41-235 is approved under an FAA PMA and STC’d to replace the AA-801A.
STANDARD RVSM Cessna 1000 Autopilot
Corporate Aircraft has selected the Thommen AD32 Air Data Display unit for installation in aircraft equipped with the Cessna 1000 Series autopilot. Thommen provides product support through its representative in Dallas, TX. An AD32 is installed in the pilot’s and copilot’s instrument panels to satisfy the RVSM requirements. An optional temperature probe can be added to the AD32 and air data information can be made available to other systems such as a GPS or FMS.

As described above, the Mid Continent Instrument Co. MD41-235 APC is used with the Thommen AD32 RVSM Altimeters and Air Data Display Units integral Altitude Alerter to provide altitude preselect to the autopilot.
STANDARD RVSM Collins APS65 Autopilot.
Dual Thommen AD32 Air Data Display Units (ADDU) are installed with the Collins APS65 Autopilot to satisfy RVSM requirements. The pilot’s AD32 ADDU is interfaced to the autopilot through a Skylight Avionics ADC-602A Analog to Digital Converter to provide altitude preselect to the Collins autopilot.
STANDARD RVSM Sperry SPZ500 Autopilot

The SPZ500 configuration uses a similar system to systems used in the Cessna Citation for RVSM. A Shadin ADC-6000L replaces the standard autopilot air data computer and the pilot’s instrumentation remains the same. To satisfy the RVSM requirements for a second air data system a Thommen AD32 ADDU is installed in the copilot’s panel.
